1. Add a customer. Go to Customers, type a name, phone and email, then Save customer.
2. Make a quote. In Quotes, enter the garment cost, colors and setup, then add your markup in percent (%) or dollars ($). Save quote.
3. Turn it into a job. Tap Make job on a saved quote, or tap + New job any time.
4. Move jobs on the board. On Board, tap Next to move a job from Quote to Approved, Art, Printing, Done and Picked Up.
5. Make an invoice. Tap Invoice on a job to print it, Email it to the customer, or Add to Google Calendar.
6. Save and sync (optional). Tap Sign in with Google to save your jobs in your own Google account. You can also use Backup to file.
7. Use more than one computer or phone. Sign in with the same Google account on each one. Jobs you add, change or delete on one show up on the others. Jobs already on a device are kept and added the first time you sign in there.
8. Install it and work offline. Use Install app or your browser's Add to Home Screen. Once loaded, it works without internet.
9. Bring in jobs from a file (optional). In Settings, Job feed lets you pick one jobs file in your Google Drive. New jobs in it are added for you when the app is open. It never changes or removes jobs you already have.
