Print size by garment size

Many shops run two or three size tiers so a design isn’t swallowed on a 3XL or hanging off a youth shirt. One common approach from ScreenPrinting.com: youth and women’s around 8.5–9 inches wide, adult around 11–12 inches, and 2XL and up around 13–14 inches. More tiers means more screens and setup, so account for it when pricing; see What affects a print price.
