Free to use. Shop Manager is free for anyone. There is no paid tier and no sign-up.
Provided as-is. The app is provided "as is" and "as available", with no warranty of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. We do not promise it will be error free or always available.
Your data is your responsibility. Your data lives on your device and, if you connect it, in your own Google Drive. Clearing your browser or losing a device can erase the copy on it. Please use Backup to file or Google Drive so you have another copy.
Check your numbers. Quote totals and due dates are simple helpers. Double check prices and dates before you give them to a customer.
Limit of liability. To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for any lost data, lost profits or other damages from using the app.
Other services. Google Drive, Gmail and Google Calendar are run by Google under their own terms.
Changes. We may update the app or these terms. Using the app after a change means you accept the new terms.
