Free to use. Shop Manager is free for anyone. There is no paid tier and no sign-up.
Provided as-is. The app is provided "as is" and "as available", with no warranty of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. We do not promise it will be error free or always available.
Your data is your responsibility. Your data lives on your device and, if you sign in with Google, in your own Google account. Clearing your browser or losing a device can erase the copy on it. Please sign in or use Backup to file so you have another copy. Sync joins changes from your devices, but if two devices change the same job at about the same time, the latest change to that job is kept.
Check your numbers. Quote totals and due dates are simple helpers. Double check prices and dates before you give them to a customer.
Limit of liability. To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for any lost data, lost profits or other damages from using the app.
Google sign-in. Signing in is optional. To keep you signed in, a small helper at auth.screenprinthelp.com stores an encrypted sign-in key in a cookie on your browser; nothing is stored on our servers and your jobs never pass through it. You can stop at any time with Sign out in Settings, or remove the app's access at myaccount.google.com/permissions. How we handle Google data is explained in the privacy policy.
Other services. Google sign-in, Google Drive, Gmail and Google Calendar are run by Google under their own terms.
Changes. We may update the app or these terms. Using the app after a change means you accept the new terms.
